Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your order in real-time.


Shipping Within India

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders across India.

Delivery Time: Typically 4–5 business days from dispatch.

Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners for secure and timely delivery.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for domestic orders at no additional charges.

All COD orders may be verified via email before dispatch. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.


Prepaid Orders

Prepaid orders (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) are processed faster as they do not require verification.

We recommend prepaid options for quicker processing and a seamless checkout experience.


International Shipping

Free International Shipping: Available on all international orders.

Delivery Time: Typically 10–12 business days, depending on customs and destination.

We ship through reliable courier services like FedEx and Aramex.


Customs Duties and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country. These charges are not included in Tropup’s product prices.


Delivery Attempts and Unserviceable Areas

Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If both are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

We will contact you for redelivery or a refund (please note: international shipping charges are non-refundable).

In rare cases, certain pincodes may be unserviceable. If so, we will notify you and issue a full refund.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email. Use it to stay updated on your package’s journey and estimated delivery date.


In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery (Jaipur)

In-Store Pickup: Available for customers in Jaipur. Orders are ready within 24 hours and customers are notified via email once ready.

Same-Day Delivery: Offered in Jaipur for orders placed before 4 PM. Orders after 4 PM will be delivered the next business day.


Potential Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, strikes, or customs checks. We’ll inform you and provide support in tracking your order in such cases.

Q1: What happens if I’m not available to receive my order?

Two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and we’ll contact you for redelivery or refund arrangements.

Q3: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be made once the order is dispatched.
