6. Orders & Payments
• All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of GST unless otherwise mentioned.
• Orders are confirmed only upon payment verification and stock availability.
• We accept various payment methods, including prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Tropup is not liable for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
• Invoices will be sent to your registered email address upon successful order placement.
7. Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Return/Exchange/Cancellation and Refund Policy.
8. User Conduct
